LEVEL 4:

The Level 4 Teacher Training is the highest initiation within the Tara Breathwork lineage, preparing you to hold space for the most advanced practices of spiritual mastery. This training empowers you to guide others through transformational breath journeys, lineage-based teachings, and deep states of remembrance. Rooted in devotion, integrity, and embodied wisdom, Level 4 equips you to serve as a true leader and guardian of this sacred path.
